A little more than 25 years ago I attended a Bridal Expo in Philadelphia, PA. There were literally thousands of BRIDES… moving about here, there and everywhere.
One of my hair customers Tina, owner of Signature Weddings…asked me to join her at one of the largest Bridal Expos in the USA. I took five models, and prepared to create, 1 mother of the bride, 1 bride’s maid, and 3 brides.
While creating Special Wedding Day hairstyles, brides from everywhere would observe what I was doing and decided to sign up for a complimentary wedding day consultation. Once the day was over, I had received over fifty signatures. I was honored to be chosen by so many.
For a very reasonable price, I offered a six appointment package. They would receive several pre-wedding day appts, a day before and day of her wedding, and one appointment after the honeymoon. The brides loved it. I was booked up with bridal appointments for 18 months.

So now I will share what I believe to be great Wedding Day Hair Care.
Do not just spend all of your time “only” choosing a gown or dress, finding that unforgettable place, choosing your wedding party, and all the special little unique touches pertaining to the reception.
Add to that list, the salon you will be using for your special day. You should use that salon/stylist at least three times or more before you say ‘I do”.
You and your stylist need to get familiar with you and your crowning glory. Talk EVERYTHING over, again and again…until you are satisfied and complete in your heart and mind. This will also give your hair time to grow and become healthier…especially should you be someone who only goes to a salon for cuts, trims, and coloring…a few times a year.
Ask your stylist what home care products to purchase to support all the work she or he is doing. Doing this will guarantee you a perfect Wedding Day Hair Care experience.
Finally, make sure your bridal package includes an appointment after the honeymoon. Whether you and your Mr. Right…go someplace where there is water…such as the beach or ocean…or…you choose to have a stay-cation honeymoon…your hair will need to be restored to a more manageable state.
